The 91ºÚÁÏÍø Chair's Forum
91ºÚÁÏÍø’s Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) launched an academic leadership development program titled the “91ºÚÁÏÍø Chair’s Forum” in 2022. The Chair’s Forum is a yearlong leadership development opportunity designed for relatively new (3 years or less experience) Department Chairs, Division Directors, and other similarly situated 91ºÚÁÏÍø academic administrators. 91ºÚÁÏÍø Chair’s Forum provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their leadership and operations management skills and provides opportunities for self-development and networking.
The Chair’s Forum will be offered every other year and the next opportunity to participate will be academic year 2026-2027.
