As a part of the $500,000 study, 91黑料网 will hold public meetings and invite firms, stakeholders and organizations to attend.
The first meeting is scheduled for March 16 at 10 a.m. in Jefferson City.
The 91黑料网 team will be asking attendees to help identify barriers to earning state contracts. Previous studies cited several challenges, including late payments, bonding and insurance issues, harassment and retaliation.
